SMALL PACKAGES
Documents and packages delivery are limited to a dimension of 60cm (L+W+H) and not more than 10kg per delivery location.
Any appointed time-slot or delivery to be made in less than 4 hours will incur a fee of $5.00.
VAN
Same Day Pick Up & Delivery
Each cartons limited to a dimension of 120cm (L+B+H)
Rates will be charged accordingly to whichever (cartons or kg) falls in the higher tier
Parcels beyond 15 parcels/50kg will be charged additional $10.00 per trip for each exceeding 10kg
Express (4hrs) delivery – Additional of $10.00
Urgent (2hrs) delivery – Additional of $20.00
LORRY
Rates are based on 1-day lorry service, delivery will be completed before 5pm.
1-day booking in advance is required.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Waiting time
After 15 minutes grace, a surcharge will be charged for every 15 minutes block.

Cancellation

Van, Distribution
Must be made at least 30 minutes before arrival at pickup location, else 50% service charge will apply upon arrival at pickup location.

Lorry
Must be made at least 1-day before pickup, else full service will be charged.
Depending on the vehicle used additional charges will be added if delivery/pickup at any of the following locations
Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Free Trade Zones (Changi cargo & sea ports), restricted/security check areas (e.g. army camp, military base), universities, polytechnics, or hospitals

Booking Cut-off Time for Van
11am, Runningbox Express reserved the rights to pick up any time and deliver before 5pm.
Van Delivery
Normal delivery received after 11am will be delivered next working day before 5pm.
Booking after 11am will be treated as express or urgent service.
