OUR SERVICES
BIKE
Documents and parcels for bike services are limited to a dimension of 20cm*20cm*20cm and not more than 3kg each.
Each article exceeding 3kg will be charged additional $1.00 per kg
Each article exceeding 20*20*20cm will be charged $5.00 for oversize
VAN
Each parcel should not exceed 50 x 50 x 50 cm. Rates will be charged accordingly to whichever (parcel/kg) falls in the higher tier
Parcels beyond 15 parcels/50kg will be charged additional $10.00 for each exceeding 10kg
Express (4hrs) delivery – Additional of $10.00
Urgent (2hrs) delivery – Additional of $20.00
LORRY
Rates are based on 1-day lorry service, delivery will be completed before 5pm. 1-day booking in advance is required.

Waiting time
After 15 minutes grace, a surcharge will be charged for every 15 minutes block.

Must be made at least 30 minutes before arrival at pickup location, else 50% service charge will apply upon arrival at pickup location.

Must be made at least 1-day before pickup, else full service will be charged.
Depending on the vehicle used additional charges will be added if delivery/pickup at any of the following locations
Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Free Trade Zones (Changi cargo & sea ports), restricted/security check areas (e.g. army camp, military base), universities, polytechnics, or hospitals

Booking Cut-off Time for Bike & Van
11am, Runningbox Express reserved the rights to pick up any time and deliver before 5pm.
Bike & Van
Normal delivery received after 11am will be delivered next working day before 5pm.
Booking after 11am will be treated as express or urgent service.
